Do not use double Enel as you won't deal enough damage without a QCK orb and end up with 46.000 damage with a MAX meri ship. So you quite need Killer here to get the 34 Hits. Hit the Penguin as 4th character as you will deal no damage but build up a combo, then use the most ATK as last 2 hits dealing more than 50.000 damage. Usopp is just for a delay so you won't die.
