Unique Condition:

The 15 and 30 Stamina Island has a PSY Only Restriction so bring out your Shanks, Franky, and Garp.

Hogback brings more support to Fighter teams, but, sadly, it's not enough to put Fighters back on the map. He's a decent Fighter sub, but don't expect to see much use for him, aside from evolving Cindry.

Cindry share a similar special to Kalifa, Garp, and Kraken, but she changes all orbs to PSY and INT Orbs instead. You can use her skill with PSY Django to make a full PSY board. Even at maxed skill level, she will be a slower version of the Garp/Mr. 2 combo if you already have Garp max skilled. You can also use her with Towel Nami to make a full INT board! Though she's a PSY unit, she is the best method that INT teams have for a full INT board. You may even find use for her in a PSY/INT Shooter team! You can use Franky's special to move the correct orbs to the right units!

Shanks Team
Everyone has at least a 13 turn cooldown (besides Shanks) and
max leveled. Go into the Last Stage when Garp is at 3 turns and save some PSY Orbs. Turn 1, use Coby and kill one mob and 
damage another one. Turn 2, use all Skills. Attack from weakest
to strongest (all Perfects). The goal is for each of these 
units to kill one mob and the rest to beat Hogback.

Stall longer if your cooldowns aren't this fast. If your levels
aren't maxed, try to go into the last stage with as many PSY
Orbs as you can and maybe stall for both Shanks' skills. If
you can't beat most of the mobs by turn 2, consider using GP.

Garp Team
All units max leveled, skill levels at or below Garp's. Go into the
last stage when Garp is at 2 turns and save some PSY Orbs. 
Turn 1, kill at least one mob. Turn 2, use skills: Garp, Coby,
Usopp, Mr.2, and attack. Turn 3, use Django's skill and win. 

If you can't beat all of the mobs after your second turn, kill
Hogback on Turn 3. If you can't kill Hogback 
even with Coby's effect and a full PSY board, consider using 
GP Usopp instead of Impact Usopp, and use his skill on Turn 2.

Units level 50, Merry level 6, and no skills leveled. Stall until 
Garp has 3 turns left, save PSY Orbs, and then go into 
the last stage. Turn 1, kill one mob. Turn 2, use Garp's, Usopp's, and Franky's skill and beat another mob and damage another one. Turn 3, use Django and beat 2 mobs. From now 
on, use the meat providers when needed and win.

Coby really helps to clear Hogback safely. His special boosts Good and Bad orbs by 1.5x and he has a decent ATK for a PSY unit. The extra damage helps to beat the tanky mobs on the Last Stage!

His leader skill doubles PSY characters' HP and ATK and
