Unique Condition:
All Difficulties will only have these Orbs appear: STR, QCK, INT, and Meat. It should also be noted that Perona will Gloom both Captains (Gloom=Silence, Captain Ability Invalidation).

Perona is one of the best Damage Reducers in the game (if not the best). Her Special not only reduces damage taken by 90% (better than Alvida's 80%), but it also reduces defense by 80% and has fixed damage at the end of turn! With so much packed into one character, they had to give her a long cooldown to be fair (maxed cooldown of 14 turns). This may seem too long for regular use, but you will find her Special useful in many situations including during upcoming Raid Bosses and Training Forests. You won't see much use for her as a Captain, but she is an amazing support unit. You should definitely max her Special.

Kumacy is a pretty decent STR sub. His low cost and high ATK may come in handy for new players and could help when the ranking system comes over to Global. His special is higher than most single target specials but you'd need to get a lot of skill ups on him to get to a usable cooldown (38->18).

Inuppe's special is based on Sanji: Diable Jambe but with lower damage and lower cooldown. This low cooldown will prove useful for upcoming Fortnights and Turtle Times so he would be a nice character to max skill and keep around.
