Tips:

• This island is so homo that you get constant map damage every turn. Clear fast.
• Boss is INT, so get some PSY characters.
  Also not too bad to bring a class crew
• You can bring GP Usopp and delay some turns.
• Defeat mobs first, then Boss

You will just need 1 PSY orb on Enel and last hit with him at full combo. 

Mr. 2 is just there in case you get a [Meat] orb you can convert.
If you don't have G3, go for the free-to play version: Mr. 4

Condition: Only QCK/DEX/PSY/ Meat Orbs

The Stages

Battle 1 You will get 360 damage every turn on 30 stamina. Defeat mobs and stall on evo turtles/ pigs if needed until boss

Battle 2 Hit mobs  and stall

Battle 3 Hit mobs  and stall

Battle 4 Elizabeth His pre-emptive will break your eyes.. Turn HP Attack 0 170.000 Bind and Despair both captains for 1 turn every turn 1204

Battle 5 Hit mobs  and stall

Battle 6 Hit mobs  and stall

Battle 7 Caroline Turn HP Attack 0 580.000 Debuff Protector for 3 turns + Changes orbs into EMPTY or [Meat] 1 Changes orbs to STR, QCK, DEX 2, 4, 6, ... 3510 4 Captain Despair for 1 turn HP< 20% Heals up to 80% HP

Rare Encounter Sanji Turn HP Attack 0 200.000 Change orbs to STR and QCK 3, 6, ... 4072

Just do PERFECTs and this isle is a walk. Boost Orbs with coby and delay turns with usopp if you need to. Zeff as Captain also works.. or any Rainbow crew with at least 3 PSYs.
